2019 Review

2019 was a very year full of good surprises for me! So I wanted to write this post so that I can look back to.

Here’s a summary of my personal and professional achievements (not in order):

• I performed my first international talk at Hopperx1 London!
• I also co organized Hopperx1 London event, serving as a Co Chair for Open Source track.
• I presented my first virtual event / webinar!
• I co-presented a webinar 2 times!
• I talked at 2 DevFests: DevFest Porto in the beginning of the year and DevFest Lisbon at the end of the year.
• I moved to London in October 😱
• I visited a country close to my 💚
• I became an open source maintainer for more than a full year.
• I was a Google Code-in mentor for the same project I proposed in GSoC 2018.
• I joined AnitaB.org London community as one of the Community Leaders.
• I met incredible people that mentored and helped me personally and professionally.
